In-House Services

Personal Training

There are multiple Personal Training options that you can choose from! 

  • 1-2-1 Private Personal Training. 
  • 2-2-1 Private Personal Training. 

These are the premium services, you will be coached by myself, you will have progress monitoring and a tailored plan for yourself and if have a friend join you. Each package comes with a nutritional consultation, where you and I will sit and discuss your nutritional goals and history. Along with setting a training plan that you will follow and be coached through! Prices range from €75-€111 per week!

Small Group Programs

The small group programs are great for people who don’t mind training with other people and want to train in a group. Each group is small, with only 6-8 people per session. The most popular program that is on offer is the Strength and Fitness Program! Perfect for anyone who wants to become stronger, fitter and have ongoing nutritional support! All of this for only €140 a month!

Semi-Private Personal Training 

If you and a bunch of friend want to get into shape this is a perfect you and them! The Semi-Private Personal training packages come with, a tailored training program for each individual and nutritional support for each individual! Ideal for anyone who doesn’t want to train alone but also doesn’t want to train with people they may not know. A maximum of 4 people per session for €15.50-€20 a session!

I talked to Darragh about helping my son improve his strength and flexibility for his sport. Darragh researched what movements and muscle groups were required for my son’s sport. Darragh then designed and delivered a specific individual training plan that worked great. This included one on one training as well as training to be done at home. He is very approachable, friendly and gets on great with his clients. Would definitely recommend. While we haven’t taken part in a group class, if Darragh were to do one we would have no hesitation in joining.

I started working with darragh 7 weeks ago and only finished my last session with him recently he shared me his knowledge when it came to technique and nutrition which I myself had very little of. Never liked goin to the gym...started strength training this year with Darragh and he knows when to push you and when to hold back...Darragh always tells us "you don't have to punish your body to get results you want" which really resonates with me...3 of us train together so not only do we push one another but we can also have a laugh..we always say its our time to do something for ourselves. He takes up to 4 people in one session which is brilliant...I've never enjoyed training but I'm really enjoying this time for myself...anyone hesitant about takin it up chat to Darragh. He will put you at ease and what I love is he treats everyone as an individual not as a group which allows everyone to go at their own pace ...8 would recommend him highly!

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you based?

The gym is on limerick street in , Roscrea Co Tipperary. However, I offer online and semi-online  services for people who may live far away or in other countries.

Can I use your facilities whenever I want?

Currently I only offer private services. Which means that you can only access the gym once you have onboarded for the class programs or a private personal training package.

Do you offer online services?

Yes! There various online services available here. I offer nutrition consults, which can range from a consultation and in-depth feedback to help you, too a full 12 week coaching plan that provides lots of support. Secondly, you can take up online coaching which involves a training plan that will monitored for a selected amount of time, with the addition of having nutritional support added to it.

Can I visit the gym before I join?

Of course! Just contact me here via email or phone and we will arrange a time for you to visit!

How many people are in each class?

If you join either the men’s or women’s program. You will be accompanied with 7 other people.

Do you do mixed classes?

At the moment I don’t but sometime in the future I will!

Do you only take people that want to build strength?

No! I have worked with many different people all with various goals. However, if you are fit and able you will most likely be lifting weights if you join a class or take up personal training.
